Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible so you can receive your items without unnecessary delay. All purchases are prepared for shipment on the next business day following the date the order is successfully placed. Orders submitted between Monday and Thursday are typically sent out on the following business day. Orders completed from Friday through Sunday will be prepared and shipped on Monday, provided it is not a public holiday.

During checkout, you will see an estimated delivery window based on your shipping address and the method selected. For instance, if an order is placed on a Tuesday, it will normally leave our facility on Wednesday. If the delivery estimate provided at checkout is three business days, you can generally expect arrival by the end of the week. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or recognized holidays. Please keep in mind that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather conditions, high shipping volumes, or other operational issues beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent so you can monitor its progress.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location. Customers within California generally receive their packages within approximately two to four business days after shipment. For destinations in other U.S. states, standard transit times typically range from three to seven business days. If you choose an expedited shipping option at checkout, your order is expected to arrive in about two business days after it has shipped. Expedited services involve an additional fee, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We provide complimentary standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders that meet the minimum purchase threshold of $49. Eligibility is determined by the order subtotal as calculated at checkout. Certain items may indicate on their product pages whether they qualify for free shipping. Please note that if any product in your cart does not meet the free shipping requirements, the entire order may become ineligible for the promotion. Expedited delivery methods are excluded from free shipping offers and will always incur the applicable surcharge.

Some exclusions apply to our shipping promotions. Oversized merchandise, large equipment, clearance merchandise, sale products, and wholesale or professional orders may not qualify for complimentary shipping. In cases involving particularly heavy or bulky items, additional freight charges may apply. If shipping expenses exceed typical rates, we may contact you directly before finalizing the shipment to confirm your approval of any added cost.

Shipping offers apply exclusively to orders placed through our official website and are valid only for delivery within the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. These offers do not extend to APO or FPO addresses, special orders, prior purchases, or gift card transactions. Promotions are subject to product availability, cannot be transferred to another party, and hold no cash value. Discounts applied to your purchase may affect your final subtotal and influence eligibility for free or expedited shipping benefits. Unless an error has occurred on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, original shipping charges are not refundable. If your purchase did not meet the free shipping threshold at the time of checkout, the shipping fee will not be credited back in the event of a return.

Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. We are continuously evaluating opportunities to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. We are unable to replace or refund items that are reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you believe your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to initiate a claim. Our customer support team remains available to offer guidance and assistance throughout the process if needed.
