Delivery timeframes vary depending on location. Customers within California generally receive their packages within approximately two to four business days after shipment. For destinations in other U.S. states, standard transit times typically range from three to seven business days. If you choose an expedited shipping option at checkout, your order is expected to arrive in about two business days after it has shipped. Expedited services involve an additional fee, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
We provide complimentary standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders that meet the minimum purchase threshold of $49. Eligibility is determined by the order subtotal as calculated at checkout. Certain items may indicate on their product pages whether they qualify for free shipping. Please note that if any product in your cart does not meet the free shipping requirements, the entire order may become ineligible for the promotion. Expedited delivery methods are excluded from free shipping offers and will always incur the applicable surcharge.

Shipping offers apply exclusively to orders placed through our official website and are valid only for delivery within the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. These offers do not extend to APO or FPO addresses, special orders, prior purchases, or gift card transactions. Promotions are subject to product availability, cannot be transferred to another party, and hold no cash value. Discounts applied to your purchase may affect your final subtotal and influence eligibility for free or expedited shipping benefits. Unless an error has occurred on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, original shipping charges are not refundable. If your purchase did not meet the free shipping threshold at the time of checkout, the shipping fee will not be credited back in the event of a return.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient. We are unable to replace or refund items that are reported lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you believe your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly to initiate a claim.
